Our competency profiles are
specifically developed for individuals who face complex work environments.
Profiling provides in-depth information on a range of competencies. Both
numeric data and written responses are collected to provide each participant
with an accurate idea of how others perceive them, and how their own
perceptions compare. Our most popular standard profile is the
Contributing Through Others, which measures key leadership behaviours.

CUSTOMIZATION
Our profiles may be customized and
designed around an organization’s leadership competencies by modifying the
Novations profiles or designing a completely unique and specific
questionnaire. Our extensive database allows us to compare your results
against corporate, national, and international norms.

Each participant receives 12
profiles, which are usually distributed as follows:

Data input, processing of results,
and an individual feedback report are included with the survey.
INTERNET OPTION:
The most easily managed and cost effective
mode of administration is via the internet. This process provides quick and
easy accessibility to participants and their raters. Our process is password
protected, yet allows individuals to register themselves. We provide
immediate access to survey return information for both the administrator and
participants, as well as the ability to process feedback reports on demand.
